Return Policy

At Penticton Optical, we are dedicated to offering only the highest quality frames and lenses. We recognize that concerns may arise throughout the lifespan of your eyewear, and our team is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will:

• Address your concerns directly, perform any necessary adjustments or repairs to your frames, and provide warranty coverage where applicable.

• Our warranty coverage includes:

- One year of coverage on all frames for manufacturer’s defects.

- Two years of coverage on all lenses for manufacturer’s defects.

- Thirty days for prescription adjustments as recommended by your eye doctor.

• If you experience any issues with your prescription, we will provide your purchase information to your eye doctor. Within 30 days, we will honor any prescription changes recommended by your doctor. If you are not satisfied with your frame selection during this period, our team will be pleased to assist you in choosing an alternative style.

• If you have your eyes tested at Penticton Optical, we encourage you to fill your prescription immediately following your appointment. We offer a complimentary prescription recheck within 30 days of your original appointment should an adjustment be necessary. After 30 days, a recheck will be available at a 50% reduced fee.

* While we are happy to fit new lenses into your existing frames, please note that using your own frame is entirely at your own risk.

Because eyewear is custom-made, refunds are considered only as a last resort after all other solutions have been explored.
